These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website provided by Kingdom Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland under number SC601699 and having its registered office at Thomson Building Business Hatchery, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, G12 8QQ ("we", "us" or "our"), through the website accessed through the domain name http://www.kingdom.garden/ (the "Site").

3. User Profile and Accounts

Users are responsible for all information they post or upload to the Site and for their own security in connection with our services, both online and offline

Once you have purchased Services from us you will be asked to register to use the Site. Users will be required to set up a password for their account. The username for the account will be the Users email address

Users are responsible for all transactions or use made of their account through their password. Users are responsible for all use made of their account. You should contact us immediately if you believe unauthorised use has been made of your account.

Your account will be linked to the robotic lawn mower you have leased (the "Robot") through the Robot ID and will allow you to control the suitable working times for the Robot, the cutting frequency and height, the property boundary and whether the Robot is active, inactive or charging.

Users must exercise their own judgement regarding the accuracy of information provided on the Site. We cannot guarantee that all of the content on the Site is complete, accurate or up-to-date.]

If, in our opinion (which need not be reasonable), any User fails to comply with these terms and conditions or makes inappropriate use of the Site, we may immediately suspend or terminate their account and/or access to the Site.

4. Your privacy and personal information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our privacy policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

5. Ownership, use and intellectual property rights

The Site and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any Content are owned by us. While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not let us have any patentable ideas or patent applications, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes, or any other information that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable ("Unwanted Submissions"). While we value your feedback, you agree not to submit any Unwanted Submissions.

We may use any Unwanted Submissions as we see reasonably fit on a free-of-charge basis (bear in mind that we have no way of knowing whether such information is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable because we do not monitor the Site to check for these matters). Therefore, we will not be legally responsible for keeping any Unwanted Submissions confidential nor will we be legally responsible to you or anybody else for any use of such Unwanted Submissions.

While we try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on the Site is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

If any clause or any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable in law, the other terms and conditions will remain in force.
